About

Medicaid Rewards lists the free extras that Medicaid health plans offer on top of standard coverage. For example: gift cards for checkups, rides, extra dental care, or help with bills. We call them rewards. Plans list them in member handbooks and on their websites, but they can be hard to find. This site puts them in one place.

Where do the rewards come from?

Every reward here comes from a public document, most often the plan's own member handbook, and links to it. We are still checking the rewards, so some details may be wrong. See Source Data.

Is it free?

Yes, with no sign-up. Plans don't charge for these rewards, but most have rules about who can get them. We never ask for money, your member ID, or your Social Security number.

Who runs it, and who pays for it?

Fairbay LLC, a one-person company in Michigan. There are no investors and no staff. The person who runs it pays for it, and it is built to cost very little. There are no ads, and no health plan pays to be listed.

What can't this site do?

This is not a government website. No state, Medicaid office, or health plan runs it, pays for it, steers it, or approves what it says.

We can't sign you up for a plan, see your coverage, or get you care. For those, see Help Lines.

Do you work for a health plan or a state agency? See Corrections.

What if this site shuts down?

Your rewards don't depend on this site. Your plan and your state Medicaid office are always the places to ask. The data behind this site is public. See Use the Data.
